Log tool failures and build a maintenance log for skills
This plugin automatically records tool failure causes across execution modes (native tools, PTC run_code, and embedded tool calls) in DeepSeek Harness. It deduplicates, counts, and deterministically sorts failures, then appends them to the skill's machine maintenance log to help agents avoid repeated mistakes.
