About this plugin
Adds a graphical plugin manager to DeepSeek Harness: a new 'Plugin Manager' tab in Settings → Plugins shows each plugin's purpose with Chinese names and descriptions, and provides one-click enable/disable toggles and built-in note editing. Toggles are applied via global layer patches with immediate effect, while notes are saved to local override files for persistence.
