Adds an MCP management tab to the Web Plugins settings, letting you list, add, edit, enable/disable, and remove @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client rows in the profile's cordis.patch.yml via a same-origin /mcp-manager JSON API. Shows live loader phases and registered mcp__* tools.
