Whale girl desktop pet for the web GUI
Adds a whale girl mascot to the bottom-right corner of the DeepSeek Harness Web GUI. The pet changes actions based on agent status and plays 'Xiaoyi' whale girl voice lines on task completion. Artwork is from dsh-whale-musume (MIT), voice from aceice01/dsh-whale-pet (non-commercial license).
